A leading business based in Ashburton are looking to recruit a number of Customer Response Advisors to join the team in both Ashburton and Exeter.

Working in a 24/7 operation, there is a number of permanent roles available covering the following shift patterns:

6am - 2pm

9am - 5pm (with some flexibility)

2pm - 10pm

The main duties of the role are as follows:

  • Inbound calls, evaluating customer needs.
  • Assess and manage an appropriate response
  • Demonstrating empathy and a high level of calmness in a fast paced environment.
  • Adhere to company and industry standards with all calls

The ideal candidate will suit a candidate who has worked in a call handling environment or for the emergency services. You will be comfortable dealing with difficult situations and be able to arrange a swift response to emergency situations.

The role will be subject to a basic DBS check.

The role offers career progression a salary up to £18,500, 26 days paid holiday, pension and Life Assurance.
