My client an exciting and creative Global Media Company based in Southwark are looking for a Junior PA to join their ever expanding team. This role will be a great opportunity for someone who is ultimately looking to become an EA in the future and is looking to take their first steps. All candidates must have administrative experience and previous experience in an office setting. The role is paying up to £26,000 with the hours of 9.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday.Job specDiary management:

  • Managing the Chief Digital Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager diaries, giving them regular updates on meetings & venues they are required to be at and when
  • Supporting the Chief Digital Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager, plus others from the Senior Leadership team when necessary
  • Confidence in liaising with PAs/ EAs within the other agencies (both UK and abroad) and PAs/EAs externally (and some clients) in terms of arranging meetings and any requirements for said meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms for senior staff and arranging meeting room set up as required
  • Ordering catering as required
  • Submitting expenses
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the officeOffice Management:
  • To order office supplies in a timely manner
  • To raise POs and manage timely payment of invoices from our suppliers
  • To work with the Facilities team to continually maintain a safe working environment
  • Assisting set up of new starters & facilitating desk moves and new seating plans
  • Printing, photocopying and binding documents as requiredTravel:
  • Booking flights, Eurostar, cars, trains and making hotel reservations both UK and abroad and providing itineraries when needed
  • Completing & arranging paperwork, including applying for travel visas where requiredAdmin/ Other:
  • Support on projects and tasks as needed The ideal candidate will have:
