Customer Care Executive - Watford - £22kA marketing leading and well established company based in Watford are looking to expand their small dedicated team, providing excellent customer service and sales support to the business. You will be working as part of the team to contribute to the growth and development of the rapidly expanding business. Duties will be as follows-- Outbound proactive calls to the customer database- these would be companies that are aware of the business or have worked with them previously- not cold calls. - Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls- conversion and securing orders- Consultative approach to overcoming customer objections- Dealing with customers via email and phone- Arranging bespoke quotations for customers- To communicate special offers to new and existing businesses- Updating customers on progress of their orders - Assisting supervisor with adhoc projectsThe right candidate will need to have- - Upselling experience and used to making outbound proactive calls.- Team player.- Proven ability to proactively pan, problem solve and prioritise a heavy work load.- Ability to work well under pressure.- Enthusiastic and upbeat personality.- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity working in a fast paced and growing company. The working hours are Monday- Friday with 3 shifts between 8am and 6pm.
