Salary: c. £25,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full time permanent We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for a global business based in the Chessington area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great company who have flexi-hours and an excellent benefits package.They are looking for a Sales Administrator with a good knowledge of shipping via sea or air and fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. You will be processing orders, liaising with clients, warehouses, distributors and the field sales team. Some key responsibilities are as follows:· Process purchase and sales orders from customers or distributors· Following orders until they are delivered/invoiced and assisting with any queries along the way· Use of MS Office and Sage· Managing price lists and collating information for licences· Maintaining stock and completing orders· Collating monthly sales data and inputting information into master recordsPersonal Specification:· A good knowledge of air and sea shipping· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner· Very good written English· A good knowledge of MS Office including intermediate Excel and diary management on Outlook· Fantastic attention to detail
