Customer Service Advisor

Tate are working with a global supplier in the heart of Leicester to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator. This role is a permanent position is paying £16,500 - £20,500 depending on experience and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:· Sourcing third party products for customers based on information such as, descriptions and product codes.· Negotiating pricing and delivery with a portfolio of suppliers.· Managing the customers expectations in regards to the product requirement.· Providing customer with quotations through SAP.· Building strong relationships with internal departments and the external sales team.Key Attributes:· SAP knowledge is desirable.· Proven analytical and problem solving skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel.· Self-motivated, driven and result orientated.This role is offering superb career development and progression for the right candidate so don't delay; apply today!
