Office Manager / Executive Assistant Central Cambridge 14 Month FTC (Maternity cover) £30,000 - £38,000 p/a We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant for a busy and varied role in central Cambridge. This is a 14 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave - which includes two months either side of the contract for a thorough handover period. My client is at the cutting edge of technology and the market leader in their field - this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close knit team and build upon existing experience and skill set. This contract will be starting at the end of July. Office Management duties
· Main point of contact for all HR queries· Provide guidance and training to line managers· Management of the Recruitment process, including job descriptions and sponsorship licence· New starter and leaver processes· Learning and development, including training and staff performance reviews.· Design and implement policies and forms· Staff benefits· Staff attendance, including annual leave, sickness· Develop, promote and maintain a positive Company culture, enduring adherence to the Company's Equal Opportunity Policy, through influence, monitoring and training· Manage Building and Office facilities requirements and maintenance issues · Office procurement · Manage and support the Sales Administrator· Assisting with the Health and Safety for building alongside Sales Administrator PA duties
· Screening telephone and email enquiries· Having full diary management for the CEO · Complex travel arrangements Person specification
