Job Title: Omni-Channel LeadEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeLocation: Croydon, with travel to other UK locationsWe are recruiting for an Omni-Channel Lead to work within systems transformation to connect the customer journey. This will involve you working at a strategic level to source and deliver multi-channel implementation, manage budgets, effect business change and engage with stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end process is seamless.You will be managing and leading a significant business change - you will plan and co-ordinate the initiative, work on new CRM selection, engaging with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that there is a connected service to customers across all communication channels including, telephone, web, online chat and text message. Once the change has been implemented you will then lead omni-channel for the business, demonstrating expertise and being the go to for continuous business improvement.You will have experience of the following:· Proven experience of working within omni-channel selection, implementation and improvement· Relationship and stakeholder management skills· Ability to guide, lead and influence with a strategic vision· Experience in implementing CRM systems as a business lead· Budget management· Creative
