Customer Service AdvisorTringThis client has a passion for wellness and educating and inspiring people to be healthier. A USA based company who is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of premium and value priced nutritional supplements throughout the world.The purpose of the customer service role is to process incoming orders, providing information on current promotions/selected products, upselling where possible. Also to track orders through to dispatch and invoice status. The job holder should ensure a high standard for all customer orders, queries and enquiries to ensure excellent customer service and complete customer satisfaction. Key duties:Processing orders to a very high standardResolution of customer issues and problemsProcessing of returned goods for creditLiaison with carriers over despatch queriesWorking to tight deadlines whilst achieving a high output of daily workThis position is telephoned based and so you must have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. This role can sometimes be fast paced and pressurised, so experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial.
