Customer Service AdvisorHemel Hempstead£16,000-£17,550Working 37.5hrs between 8am-10pm Monday-Friday, so this role includes some weekend and late finishing.The main purpose is to provide a first class level of customer service to each and every customer who telephones the contact centre. Key Responsibilities· To answer calls professionally and courteously within SLAs.· To provide excellent customer service on every call and treat each call as if it were your first.· To respond to customers telephone queries and take credit/debit card payments where applicable, ensuring adherence to PCI DSS and customer service standards.· To effectively and accurately record details on the relevant database system to ensure that customer data can be retrieved where required.· To handle customer complaints and enquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively. To liaise with the management team, advisers and clients where necessary in a professional and appropriate manner. · To share best practices and encourage new ways of working in order to drive continuous behavioural and performance improvements. · To ensure a consistent adherence with individual KPIs based primarily on performance and Customer Service Standards· Providing support to Team Leaders and Senior Managers in identifying issues and implementing resolutions to such problems.· To maintain excellent product knowledge.· To be available to work additional hours if required.· To carry out any ad hoc project work as required.You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be passionate about customer service.
