Contact Centre Call Handler, Redhill, £9ph

Tate have teamed up with a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, for whom we are currently recruiting for a Call Handler in their Contact Centre in Redhill.

This is a 3 month temporary role, to start ASAP but could be extended, paying £9 per hour.

The Role:- Receiving inbound calls- Receiving and sending emails- Support the administration and customer service team- Work pro-actively and on own initiative - Make outbound calls when required

Experience required:- Comfortable and confident on the phone with excellent telephone manner- Basic knowledge of occupational pension schemes - Working as part of a team- Excellent organisation and time management skillsIf you have the experience to match the requirements, please apply below:
