LV= know what makes their customers happy. It's great customer service. It's friendly and knowledgeable people at the end of the phone. Its the type of people who'll take the time to listen and then do whatever it takes to help.
LV= handles more than 18,000 calls a day so you will be busy talking to their customers giving them outstanding customer service. Each call you take will be answered with confidence, with a polite and friendly voice and you will then take ownership of tasks and queries for that customer. You will be empathetic, make their customers feel special and respond quickly to any requests. This role is answering all inbound calls that come into the friendly contact centre, typically the calls you receive will be to do with the insurance policies. Alongside this, you must ensure that the general administration of their policies is maintained and updated accordingly. Attention to detail is paramount and a confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
