We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Service Dutch Speaker for one of our Global Logistics clients. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of the activities within Import & Transhipment processes. You will work closely with the Customers, Fulfilment, Sales Support, Account Managers, Legal, Trade teams, Operations and Finance. Hours of work 8:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Free on site Parking.Duties for the Customer Service Dutch Speaker will include: · Closely collaborate with Customers, Fulfilment, Sales Support, Account Managers, Legal, Trade teams, Operations and Finance based on the predefined interfaces and processes · Update the system with relevant Import and Transhipment information including local charges, cargo status updates, on-carriage leg bookings and bills of lading · Issue manifest corrections when required · Compile final discharge lists for operations · Verify post-discharge cargo tallies, investigate anomalies and act accordingly · Service out internal and external customers via various communication channels · Send out Notices of Arrival timely and accurately · Issue invoices and collect freight prior releasing cargo · Issue Delivery Orders where applicable and release cargo · Perform and follow up customs filing of Import manifest where applicable · Monitor and correct EDI messaging in relation to the Import and Transhipment processes where applicable · Meet pre-defined performance targets (KPIs) in the most cost-efficient way · Record and respond to customer feedback/complaints · Comply with the Import and Transhipment processes · Comply with Customs reporting and regulations related to Import and TranshipmentThe successful Customer Service Dutch Speaker will have: · Fluent in Dutch both verbally and in writing would be desirable · Shipping Documentation - international shipping & local authority regulations · MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · Customer Focus - Identifying and understanding customers shipping and logistics requirements · Communication · Can provide full, clear and timely information, both verbally and in writing · Good English language skills · Time Management - Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines · Networking - Who to contact for any specific issues · Teamwork - Working within and across various teams · Work accuracy - Quality and attention to detail · Problem solving · Achieving results and meeting targets · Working under pressure and to strict time lines · Display flexibility to meet changing priorities and business needs · Ability to understand, accept and enjoy cultural differencesIf you are interested in the Customer Service Dutch Speaker position, please press the apply button below or contact the branch on 02380 835800
