Were looking for an Administrator P/A to join an established niche pharmaceutical company who are undergoing expansion. This is a fun, young, dynamic company with a small but growing team. This is an exciting opportunity, where the right candidate will be working alongside the senior management team on a daily basis, in a supportive environment where you can make a real impact on the company.Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm; 1 hour for lunch. Total weekly hours: 37.5 hoursSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)About the role:Responsibilities will include: Diary management, scheduling meetings and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders based throughout the world. Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents, attending meetings, drafting agendas and minutes. PA duties including overseeing and coordinating diary management, ensuring senior members of staff are well prepared for meetings and managing travel requirements Working closely with senior personnel, assisting with any ad hoc tasks as required. To work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure partners receive the best possible service. To help with collation of raw data from internal and external sources and production into appropriate formats, e.g. spreadsheet, reports. Provide and receive information electronically, verbally or in writing which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and ensure this is communicated properly within and outside the organisation. General administration tasks such as writing letters and emails, answering the phone, processing expense claims and certain other internal administrative processes. Maintenance of the office filing system, including both paper and electronic systems. Ensuring the office runs smoothly, such as ensuring stationery is ordered, researching new software or processes that could be implemented and updating the holiday system. Support with funding opportunities - investigate any funding that LDC can obtain and submit funding applications Worldwide travel opportunitiesAbout you: Self-motivated with the ability to work well autonomously and in a team Willing to learn and a pro-active and positive attitude towards work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility and ability to think outside the box Well-presented and professional manner Well organised with the ability to prioritise work Meticulous with great attention to detail Experience or interest in the pharmaceutical sector Proficient in Microsoft Office Degree educated (in any subject)Contact Tate for more information on 01442 345210.
