Partnership Management Specialist TATE | DIGITAL

MANCHESTER Tate are launching a unique, new concept in digital marketing supporting external companies in the new-technology arena with talent acquisition through our own online digital platform. To launch and develop our new division we are looking for a Partnership Management Specialist to join our team, focused on developing new business partnerships with a range of new technology and digital marketing focused companies within Manchester, focusing on building relationships and offering digital talent solutions

We are a team of talented and driven people looking for someone to help us on our journey You will create and implement our business development strategy to range of new-technology and marketing companies a new unique product that is completely unique to Tate. You will have full ownership of relationship building and business development strategy, supporting with marketing, sales development (anything from live events to online), to presenting to prospective organisations, negotiation and all areas and everything else in-between You will also work to implement the Tate Digital brand as a new function, helping us to becoming the go-to company for candidates looking for their next opportunity within digital marketing in the Manchester market. What you will be doing: Tate Digital offer is truly unique offering in the market place through our Talent Pool product offering resource solutions to digital and new-tech companies

Developing a pipeline of companies through research, networking and business partnering and increasing our market share

Creating and developing a sales strategy with the Tate Digital Director

Managing your own budget to maximise return on investment

Building and developing long term relationships with organisations that could utilise the digital model

Develop an understanding of digital marketing roles and technical skill-sets required, meeting with marketing professionals, external Hiring Managers to understand market needs

Managing your own workload and time

Developing a professional network within marketing from specific groups to higher education such as Universities and Colleges.

Attending marketing professional events in order to increase brand awareness

Help to create marketing materials for a variety of roles ensuring they are attractive to their target audience

Manage the sales pipeline and client base, through a range of contact methods and create new strategies to add value

Organise and run internal or external recruiting events

Organise and developing partnership events

Support the talent acquisition strategy together with Talent Manager and Digital Director What you will bring to the table: Be an expert in business relationship building abilities - you'll know exactly how to form relationships quickly, spotting opportunities and finding suitable solutions

Creative bring new ideas on how to develop our market share, how do we increase our brand and market awareness?

A background in marketing / digital marketing, business development or recruitment understanding the new tech market and what roles are trending in recruitment market

Analytical skills you will be able to gather information, develop trends and keeping one step of ahead of the market

Great interviewing ability through face to face or online. Ensure that not only do we have talented people but people with the right attitude

Be able to work flexibly from terms of time and location from our central Manchester offices, to on-site at client events and from home if needed.

The ability to manage a range of tasks at once, working to deadlines and under pressure

Excellent rapport and relationship building skills from students to company CEOs. You-ll need to build strong, lasting relationships quickly and be able to converse with technical and non-technical people alike

Strategic thinker. Not only will you be responsible for the day to day business development strategy but you will also need the ability to think long term to plan the revenue streams

Brilliant stakeholder management. You'll need to work with a range of internal teams with competing priorities, be able to say no and set realistic expectations on timelines

Experience working in a fast-paced start-up (preferably in digital marketing and recruitment) hiring for a variety of external recruitment

Sociable, ambitious and a good sense of humour'

The Business role will fit as part of fast paced, sociable and fun team (we like to work hard and have fun along the way). You will work closely with the Digital Director and Talent Manager
