Temporary Team Secretary for Leading Estate Management Company with an office in the centre Exeter. Immediate start for the right candidate


· Audio and copy typing and admin tasks · Filing, archiving, photocopying & binding · Providing full administrative support to the team · Typing correspondence and reports including collating, printing and binding when required · Updating and/or producing schedules, presentations and Estate records · Daily management of Dynamics data including; raising jobs and fee invoices and completing expense claims · Complete compliance and conflict checks · Diary management including arranging travel and hotel bookings and arranging meetings in a timely and courteous manner · Take responsibility for the Department Filing and Archiving · Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or taking messages · Open and action or distribute all incoming mail · Proof reading · Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues · Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times · Be proactive to be able to complete work In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

· Quick & accurate audio and copy typing · Quick to pick up new IT systems · Excellent organisation, co-ordination and prioritising skills · Professional and confident telephone manner · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent time management skills · Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure · Ability to work in a team · Excellent (advanced) IT skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc · Knowledge of Dynamics (not essential but advantageous) · Ability to take responsibility for production of high quality/accurate work · Previous experience of working at in an office environment essential
