Key responsibilities are:-
- Managing a small team - Dealing with National accounts - Analysing data - Developing, coaching and motivating staff - Meet all compliance requirements - Recruitment - Manage appraisals, 1-2-1's and any HR issues - Drive business improvements - Creating and implementation of new initiatives - Managing KPI's and SLA's - Keep ahead of any legislation changes
