Graphic Designer £25k to £29k St Albans, Hertfordshire plus benefitsAre you a passionate and creative Graphic Designer on the search for something new? Are you ready to create and design visual content in line with an existing and recognised brand that promotes the business in an enticing fashion? Our Client a trusted and well established business to central St Albans are currently on the recruit for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with a natural flair to interpret and apply brand guidelines to a range of materials including printed brochures, adverts, emails, web graphics, newsletters presentations and exhibitions etc. Daily activities will include, but not be exhausted of:-· Applying creative skill to a range of in-house design work and working within brand guidelines to design and create printed brochures, adverts emails, web graphics, newsletters presentations and exhibitions etc.· Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure cost effectiveness · To work to strict time frames and guidelines with 100% accuracy· Managing the design process from inception to completion and maintaining relationships with printers· Proof reading and final checks of visuals for copy errors and non-conformance to guidelines before sharing· Photo retouching and colour correction for artwork · Maintenance of archive design work for easy access · To assist the marketing team with adhoc projects and presentations as required Skills and experience:- · Mac (OS 10+) expert and PC proficient· Expert Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud software including In design, Illustrator, Photo shop (Quark) and Adobe Flash· Educated to degree level or equivalent in design · In-house graphic design experience is essential (print and web based) · Competency in problem solving · Excellent prioritisation skill· Accomplished relationship management skills as well as the ability to work within a team
