Tate Exeter have a fantastic new opportunity for a Planning and Performance Officer to join an established team on the out skirts of Exeter for an immediate start on a temporary basis. This role would be suitable for a highly organised individual with a PA / EA background. Experience with diary management and confident handling confidential information.
The main duties include:· Facilitating and taking the lead on key elements of business planning, performance management, business development and commissioning activities to support the delivery of Planning and Performance Team objectives. · Planning, performance and tendering enquiries in the absence of the relevant Manager, ensuring that any requests for information are responded to promptly. · Providing support to the Deputy Director of Finance and Senior Managers in day-to-day activities to enable the Directorate to effectively perform its duties. · Providing project support to the Commissioning and Contract Managers, compiling papers as required for commissioning and contract review meetings, liaising with external stakeholders to arrange meetings, confirming actions specific to the organisation and assisting in writing update and briefing papers as required.
The ideal candidate must have: · Previous working experience in a PA / EA role.· The ability to organise and prioritise own workload, achieving goals within deadlines · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
This role is temporary full-time 37.5 hours for an immediate start.
