Customer Service Administrator - Temporary - Watford - £20,000 annual salaryTate are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading company in building maintenance to support their successful Customer Care Team. This is a temporary opportunity with potential to go permanent. Role will consist of --Communicate with external contractors and policy holders to co-ordinate start of works-Book-in works, skips, licences, permits, etc and issue all relevant paper work-Run daily reports to ensure all works are updated and actions taken where required-Ensure any excess payments are collected before works start-Record, monitor and update all systems on all claims in order to invoice stageKey Requirements:- Excellent customer service skills- Good IT skills - Excellent organisational skills-Experience using Microsoft Excel- Scheduling experience
