Tate Exeter have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager on the out skirts of Exeter. This role is for an immediate start, full-time temporary for 9 months. As the ideal candidate you will have previous management experience and be confident running a team to achieve service standards and exceed customer expectations with the delivery of exceptional customer service. Previous background in Insurance/Finance would be an advantage.The main duties include:· Providing a single point of contact to the business area, project or programme for testing related matters.· Liaising with development teams both internal and external suppliers · Providing status reports and taking part in regular checkpoint meetings and dialogue with the project manager · Overseeing creation of individual in scope test strategy, test plan etc as required and depending on the change · Assuming direct responsibility for managing day to day testing activities in line with the test strategy & plan · Assigning tasks to team members coordinating all testing activities within the test team applying entry and exit criteria in consultation with the project manager · Carrying out risk assessments and undertaking mitigation actions manage test director users and configuration · Work with development team to ensure test environments are in place and available for testing on timeThe ideal candidate must have: · Previous customer service management experience · Knowledge of the FCA and the insurance regulator · A real passion to support your team · Previous background in Insurance/Fiance would be an advantageThis role is temporary for 9 months. Full time 37.5 hours per week.
