Leading Import business based in Luton is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to resolve customer queries and issuesTate's client offers a vibrant and friendly working environment with excellent scope for future development. Salary £17,000-£18,000 (subject to experience) basic salary plus Profit Share Scheme, 20 days holiday rising to 22 after 3 years employment, free on-site parkingMain Tasks:· Log and resolve customer queries and issues· Log Debit and Credit notes on system· Ensure all deliveries have POD documents; liaise with carrier companies· Review carrier exception reports on daily basis· General admin and filing as requiredEssential Skills & Experience for Role:· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal· Proactive approach to resolving queries· Ability to work at speed whilst maintaining quality and accuracy· Strong administration skills· Previous experience of working in an office based Customer Service environmentTo apply for this position, please submit your CV in MS-WORD format
