A family-run London based manufacturing company requires a creative, passionate PA / Marketing Assistant to join their team. My client are based in a wonderful location in E3, London and are looking for a motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent administrative and secretarial support. The role holder will provide support to Marketing Director as well as general office administration. This permanent opportunity will offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum + regular bonuses and we will require someone to start ASAP. Responsibilities include; · Diary and travel management · Events and projects management · Meeting preparation including logistics and agendas (e.g. catering, minutes)· Hosting guests/ visitors to the office· All company travel and accommodation bookings/ itineraries· Management of various office contracts· General filing duties· Assisting Directors with Ad hoc projects/ requests· Provide telephone cover as required· Director's expenses· Brand Development· Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns· Coordinating external agencies· Administration of UK Dental Exhibitions· Providing requested information for partner companies and publications e.g. product· Moinitoring Social Media/ Digital Output· Forming a good understanding of the portfolio of products· Attending Exhibitions when necessaryThe ideal candidate: · A background in managing a private healthcare showroom· Proven experience working as an Exec Sec, PA, Team Sec or high level secretarial support within a fast-paced environment· Excellent presentation and communication skills· Enthusiastic, positive, flexible· Excellent attention to detail In conclusion this is a permanent post, looking to pay up to £32,000 pro annum and would require an individual that can multi-task and work well within a team.This really is a great opportunity for a PA / Showroom Manager with an interest in / exposure to marketing to really get involved in a busy, demanding role within a professional and well respected company in the heart of London.
