Reception/Office Support

Tate are currently seeking multiple candidates to work with a well established company in Reading with flexible hours and days.

These individuals will be required to perform various duties such as:

• Covering Reception
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Light administrative tasks
• Replenishing teas/coffees at events/meetings
• Faxing, filing
• Taking inbound calls and filtering where necessary
• Making any necessary outbound calls
• Any ad-hoc duties as needed
• IT literate, basic IT knowledge.
