Invoice Administrator required for friendly Service Team with experience of engineer call outs. The role is to follow process from the completion of engineer attendance through to invoicing customer.
Hours required - 8am to 4.30pm Monday to FridayTate's client offers on-site parking, staff rest area, an active social club, 31 days annual holiday, sick pay and contributory pension scheme along with an excellent work environmentThe job is to review call-out type and cost the job which includes costs from contractors, labour rates and any parts used by engineers to resolve call out. Based on the total cost, raise invoices and submit to customer for payment. Main Tasks:· Review type of call out and cost up job; includes cost of contractor, labour and parts· Raise invoice and submit to customer for payment· Assist with any cost or invoice queries from customer· Liaise with preferred suppliers for cost of parts· Match contractor timesheets to jobs and final invoices· Track service jobs through to invoicing to ensure call out closed down when completed· Opening premises daily· Assist with incoming / outgoing post· Company stationary / canteen orders· Meeting room bookings and set up Required Skills & Experience:· Experience of working in a Service environment dealing with engineers call-outs· Experience of costing engineer service requests and raising invoices· Strong customer service focus with a professional, friendly, can do approach· Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills - written and verbal· Team player· Good IT skills - MS Office, ability to learn new systems quicklyTo apply for this position, please submit your cv in MS-WORD format
