Customer Service ExecutiveTadley £18-£22k We are currently looking for an experienced customer service executive to join a busy and established customer service team. Much of this will be predominantly customer support as well as administration duties and you will be working in small and friendly team. Full training will be provided for this role. This is a full time, permanent position and requires the successful candidate to have had some experience within customer service, working in a fast paced environment. Main duties: - Provide telephone and email support- Order processing and customer renewals- Data entry and administration - Sorting incoming mail- Maintaining and updating client records - Updating CRM system/ data entry Requirements: -A professional and polite telephone manner -Proven experience in customer support and administration - Ability to pick up new systems and a fast learner as you will be trained to understand company `formations and procedures- Flexible, with the ability to take on additional tasks when needed -Excellent verbal and written communication -Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadInterviews are being held ASAP, so please apply today if this role sounds like something you might fancy
