We are currently working, exclusively, with a digital start up based near The City who are seeking an Office Manager to join their fast growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to join, just before they launch and become an integral part of the business, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.
The Office Manage will need to be adaptable, solutions orientated and be able to understand and promote the company culture (which is extremely important to them).
This role will report directly into the COO and you will line manage the Team Administrator.
The duties of the role will include:- Ensuring the office runs smoothly - Liaising with IT and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently - Assist HR with on-boarding and recruiting - Planning and coordinating regular team events - Take responsibility for any office moves - Liaise with suppliers and contractors - Manage and order office stationery and stock - Assist with the growth and development of the business
The duties of this role are likely to change with the needs of the business.
Experience in a start-up/creative environment would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience).
