The role is to provide effective and responsive administrative support with a key focus on management of diaries, organisation of internal and external meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and report writing. Responsibilities:· Diary Management for the finance team i.e. arranging meetings, coordinating venues and food.· Booking all travel arrangements, nationally and internationally. · Responding to calls and emails efficiently, prioritising workload · Supporting colleagues on annual leave, for example PA/EA duties and tasks · Managing a demanding workload ensuring deadlines are met· Undertaking daily admin duties including data input, report production, document creation, filing and photocopying - typing can be copy or audio · Assist with projects, researching and produce PowerPoint presentations · Update prospect and amend existing client information on internal CRM systemThe Person:· (Desirable) Previous corporate administrative experience · (Desirable) Previous experience using Interaction CRM· Excellent organisational skills· Personable and friendly · Very adaptable · Proficient in Microsoft programmes and experience of working in an office environment If you have the above skills then please apply and submit your application.
