This role is answering a high volume of inbound calls that come into the friendly contact centre, regarding motor insurance policies. These will be a mixture of new and existing customers. Alongside this, you must ensure that the general administration of their policies is maintained and updated accordingly.
This is a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and you will enjoy an hourly rate of £8.97 per hour.
