We are looking for an experienced branch manager or principle consultant looking for their next step in their career to join our fast paced, high attention to detail and winning team.The purpose of the role:To grow and develop a business through a team of people maximising on all opportunities available. To ensure performance targets are met and exceeded and to recruit, retain and develop the team to the best of their abilities.To demonstrate the Tate Strategy, Vision and Values. The main focus of the Perm Team Manager role includes: · To attract, engage, select and maintain a client and candidate base· To meet and exceed objectives and targets set by your Director· To recruit, retain and develop a team in order to achieve branch and company objectives· To ensure client and candidates expectations are being achieved by consistently offering a high quality service · To ensure all administration processes are followed to meet company standards, including Marketing, Candidate Care and Compliance· To ensure the branch is operating efficiently complying with all relevant legislation Personal Specification:· Tenacity and a true passion for recruitment· A track record in selling and winning new business· Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others· Ability to plan-ahead to ensure that branch strategy is in line with overall targets· Good recruitment knowledge· Effective performance management · Leadership skills· Proven successful sales track record· Excellent communication skills · Team player· Strong planning and analytical skills· Enthusiastic, passion and driveThis is a full time permanent role with a salary up to £40,000 and a company car.To apply for this role please do so by following the link attaching a current copy of your CV.
