We are looking for an inquisitive Administrator to work in a full time position for our unique and fascinating client in Winchester. This role will suit a graduate looking for a role that can and will develop them or an experienced Administrator that is happy to work in a home based office environment. The role will be supporting the Office Manager and Chairman.
It would be an amazing opportunity for someone who has or is studying towards Accounting and Business. You'll need a logical mind and be numerate and have the desire to solve problems and spot anomalies within data.
Tasks will include the following:
- General office duties, filing, scanning and data entry, shredding
- Taking messages and dealing with enquiries
- Electronic scanning and electronic filing
- Internet based research
- Managing spreadsheets with financial data
- You will be trustworthy and diligent
- Looking to gain office experience
- Someone confident with spreadsheets and data input
- Excellent communicator
- Problem solver
- If you have used Yahoo Finance this will be an advantage but full training is given
There will of course be some repetition within this role but you need to be adaptable and most of all have a thirst for learning and developing. You will receive excellent training and guidance.
