Tate are currently working in partnership with South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust and are seeking to recruit a number of 999 /111 Emergency call handlers on a temporary to permanent basis, for their call centre based in Otterbourne. This role is a in a busy, focused environment, handling calls from members of the public regarding emergencies.
It is a challenging yet very rewarding full time role working shifts over 24 hours.
To apply for the role you must be:
- A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner- Organised with proven administration skills- Able to multitask and have good attention to detail- Computer literature including in MS Office packages- Keen to learn new skills and develop
You will be required to complete a six week full-time training course in NHS Pathways. This covers full training in systems and then supports coaching in the call centre environment. You will be awarded an NVQ Level 2 once training is complete.
