Private medical and life insuranceThis prestigious client, one of the top 10 car manufacturers in the world is experiencing an exciting period of change with strong growth and the launch of several new automotive models coming up, they seek a new addition to their team - A Contract Hire, Leasing and Cost of Ownership manager within their automobile division. This role has been established to develop and manage relationships with leasing companies and brokers focusing on maximising sales and profitability. Responsibilities: - Act as brand ambassador to maintain and create relationships with leasing companies and brokers- Ensure that the product pricing strategy delivers growth through leasing and contract hires. - Coordinate regular demonstrations and events alongside key partners and brokers throughout the year. - Drive the sales in contract hire through quarterly campaigns- Ensure annual targets are met in line with the strategic plan.- Lead activity at Key industry events- Maintain the relationship with all industry guides i.e. CAP Hpi/ Glasses and KeeResources- Maximise residual value position on 4 wheel products using industry guide relationship management. - Liaise and often visit leasing companies and brokers- Minimise service, maintenance and repair costs with relevant SMR data providers.- Develop the relationship with modulus with the provision of SMR data. - Attend regular quarterly reviews with the senior management teamThe person:- Must have at least 5 years experience of fleet sales within automotive industry - Have experience in dealing with leasing companies and brokers- Be familiar with company vehicle taxation- Be flexible with work requirements i.e. availability to travel - Have commercial acumen and knowledge of essential business functions- Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills - Well organised - Ability to analyse and interpret data- Sales target deliveryIf you have the suitable skills required for this role please contact Natasha Stevens on 01908 200990 or email
