You will join an established team in a large organisation. We are looking some previous telephone based B2B customer service experience. You should be super organised and have the ability to manage your own work load
This job is a temporary to permanent opportunity so we are looking for you to be available to start immediately.
Working hours 8.00 to 17.00, Monday - Friday. 40 hour week.
Based in the industrial area with parking available on site.
Your key responsibilities here will be:
- Handling queries by phone and email
- Resolving complaints
- Processing orders
- Keeping database records up to date
- Communicating with other departments, suppliers and delivery providers
You will be paid weekly by Tate for 3-4 months initially before going onto a permanent contract, assuming you are happy with the role.
