Training Coordinator IMMIEDIATE START £23KGuildford Based We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to work as part of the Admin team and provide support to the other Southern offices and sites and the After Care team, as well as to manage all aspects of the Southern training plan.Key Responsibilities:· Own the Southern Training Matrix and Training Plan and record all training accordingly. · At the end of training year send the completed Training Plan and complete the relevant forms.· Update Group Training compliance spreadsheet on a bi-weekly basis by inputting completed training for each delegate. · Regularly contact delegates when training is about to · Send calendar invites to delegates regarding booked training detailing, timings, training location, map (if external) and brief info about the training. · Provide Purchase Orders for external training providers.· Book new starters onto all mandatory training when possible.· Provide training attendance sheets and feedback forms for all training. · Report to Area Directors when non-attendances have happened and issue a penalty accordingly. · Update the monthly Training Reports detailing completed training the month prior, costs, training days and attendances.· Chair the monthly Formal Training Report meeting and taking notes when required. · Provide support to the Aftercare team by updating the defect notification trackers for each project and creating new client charters. Complete other duties when asked. · When required provide Basic DBS clearance for staff on specific projects.· Provide general administration & reporting support to Directors BU i.e. binding / scanning / archiving.· Provide general clerical assistance as required by the Company to the Directors and PA / Office Manager.· General Reception duties as required.· Provide assistance / cover to colleagues in the Administration Department as and when required.Experience:· Experience in a similar role· Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills· Strong Microsoft Office experience· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· High level of attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills· Ability to maintain confidentiality· Ability to engage with people and drive a "can do" culture across team and business unit· Confident and approachableFor further details, please contact the Guildford, Tate Office.
