We require multiple candidates who are able to commit to a three month contract assisting within Customer services and Administration. Attention to detail and an excellent telephone manor is a must in this position This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to the automotive industry (any experience within this field would be advantageous but not a necessity).
- Contacting customers to update regarding new legislation
- Receiving calls from Customers and advising
- Maintain and update internal database
- Update accurately daily and weekly reports for management visibility
- Create reports where required
- Delivering excellent standard of customer service
