Team Leader/ Administration Manager £28,000 to £32,000Milton KeynesOnsite parking and great benefits The Team Leader will head up an enthusiastic and dedicated team of 8 administrators/coordinators who are responsible for all the day to day administrative tasks of the commercial arm of the business. Your role will be the day to day management of this team. There is parking on site, a spacious offices environment and staff engagement is at top of companies list Responsibilities
· Management of a team of 8 administrative staff · Learn and monitor job role, seeing if there are areas to improve processes and procedures within the team· Set and monitor KPIs and ensure working within strict SLAs · Lead by example and encourage autonomy · Hold 1-1s and development review meetings with all staff · Run management reports · Deal with escalated queries · Ensure there is a collaborative working environment and engage staff at all times Experience
