Client Support Executive

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Client Support Executive to provide exceptional support to their clients. They have an unmatched list of blue-chip clients and they work with some of the biggest names across a broad mix of industries. The role is a hybrid role which will be working in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home and an allowance will be given to help set up your home working environment. Role: Client Support Executive Where: Fareham Salary Up to £28,500pa dependant on experience

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a busy team environment providing exceptional customer support to multi-national clients who expect the best
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, developing strong working relationships and providing excellent service delivery
  • Arranging review meetings with clients
  • Providing support in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Creating client proposals, costings, pitch material and other collateral
  • Create, update and maintain monthly forecasts and reports
  • Accurately maintain records on the CRM system
  • Relevant documentation and correspondence as required
  • Attending client meetings as required both virtually and in person

You will need:

- To be professional in your approach

- At least 2 year's experience in a similar role

- Excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person

- The ability to work under pressure and to multi-task

- The ability to build effective and professional working relationships

- Strong organisational skills

- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify business opportunities

- To be numerate as will be involved in forecasting and financial reporting

- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities

- To be a team player

- Confident IT skills including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel , PowerPoint, Databases
