Supply and Demand Planner£27,000 - £28,000Hemel Hempstead, working Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00 and 1 weekend in 8· You will manage the demand and supply planning for all products for a pre-determined amount of sites, whilst ensuring accurate information is entered onto the ordering system. · Close management of the ordering proposals to ensure supply.· Ensure checks and controls on data integrity and performance are maintained and closely monitored. Investigate and remedy, where needed, any deviations against KPIs on waste, stock transfers, order modifications, late stock additions, forecast accuracy and order proposal quality· Working with the Advanced Forecasting system (AFS) to investigate and answer site queries within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).· Develop relationships and communication channels with sites, franchisees and others as necessary. Whilst ensuring site engagement targets are exceeded.· Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, people and processes that support the overall site supply function.· Ensure planning models, forecasts, ordering parameters and stock projections are sufficiently accurate to assure supply with maximum efficiency and minimum cost.· Develop relationships and communication channels with sites, franchisees, and others as necessary to ensure the ordering system is operating with the most accurate information and understand/action possible constrained supply situations needed to generate an accurate order proposal.· Plan for known peak & special trading periods.To apply for this role you will need experience with a supply chain/logistics function and have an understanding of replenishment/forecasting processes.
