Tates client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Advisor/Customer Service.Permanent Kings LangleyThe ideal candidate will have strong customer service skillsMain Duties:· Providing live telephone support to trade customers and end-users· Responding to voicemails· Providing written supportive e-mail and post to the customers· Providing presales technical advice to prospective customers· Assisting with testing and reporting on returned productsRequired Skills & Experience:· Have previous experience in customer-facing role· Be technically savvy and very comfortable working in a PC environment· Required to be confident and polite phone manner very good writing skills and grammar· Knowledge of WI-FI principles is preferred, and common Microsoft office applications such as Excel and Access would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be givenTo apply for this position, please submit your CV in MS-WORD format
