Tate are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading service delivery centre based in Leicester. The role is a permanent position with a salary of £15,000 - £15,600 plus a guaranteed bonus. This bonus structure is uncapped therefore those with drive and determination can exceed their monthly earnings. The newly renovated office is located just outside of Leicester City Centre with very convenient transport links and free on-site parking. The working hours are Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm (1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in the week). Please note that there will be an in-depth training program where you will gain all the product knowledge and skills in order to hit the ground running. Experience:
· No call centre experience is required.· This role would suit a candidate who has a background in, retail, hospitality, health and beauty or food and beverages.
· Dealing with customer enquiries for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner.· Up-selling service related products in a professional manner.· Handling customer objections and successfully converting enquiries.· Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated.
