Are you looking to join an exciting well-known brand and do you have a passion for helping people? If so Tate are currently looking for a Help Desk Operator in the Wythenshawe area. The role is temporary however there is a view to go permanent after the initial 12 week period. The rate of pay is £8.62 p/h with shift enhancement. The working hours are based on a 12 week rota on a 24 hour working help desk. Responsibilities include:§ Answering all incoming calls politely and promptly and connect them to the correct recipient or department.§ Maintaining excellent customer service relationships with all stakeholders§ Completing all relevant KPI documentation in full and to a high standard§ Highlighting any training needs and development as necessary to assist you in your duties and personal development§ Quality telephony service provided on a consistent basis§ Adhering to service level agreements defined by the DepartmentWe are looking for someone who has previous contact centre/help desk experience and has the ability to deal with high volumes of calls.
