Service Admin Agent required for well-established company near Dunstable. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Service team logging engineer calls. Excellent customer service and communication skills requiredTate's client offers on-site parking, 31 days annual holiday, sick pay and contributory pension scheme along with an excellent work environmentThe role is to log all incoming service calls on database and book engineers to attend call outs. Service calls need to be tracked through to completion and customer updated on call progress. Also dealing with incoming calls or queries by phone and email. Previous experience in a similar role is requiredMain Tasks:· Logging details of service calls, allocating engineers - ensuring routes are logically planned and correct urgency type is recorded· Responsible for following process through to ensure calls are responded to within agreed time frames, jobs closed down as resolved and raising invoices· Monitor outstanding jobs and escalate as necessaryRequired Skills & Experience:· Experience of logging service calls and allocating engineers or working in an office environment logging calls and following through to completion· Good geographical knowledge of the UK· Strong customer service focus with a professional, friendly, can do approach· Capable of dealing with complex admin tasks· Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills - written and verbal· Team player· Good IT skills - MS Office, ability to learn new systems quicklyTo apply for this position, please submit your CV in MS-WORD format
