A fantastic opportunity for our client on the outskirts of Newton Abbot in Heathfield are seeking a Customer Service Operative to join a busy office in the Order Processing department on a temporary basis. This role would be suitable for a confident individual who has proven customer service experience and is looking to develop within a busy office environment.The main duties include;- High volume call handling.- Processing telephone orders.- Loading customer information into internal system.- General administration and customer service duties.The ideal candidate must have;- Previous customer service experience.- Professional telephone manner.- Ability to work fast and accurate under pressure.- Experience handling a large workload efficiently.This role is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
