An incredibly reputable and prestigious Financial Services organisation is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their London team. Located in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair this is a superb opportunity for a Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to clients at all times as well as maintaining the Reception area and ensuring general upkeep of office. Being based on Front of House, you are a true representative for the company and it is crucial that impeccable service is delivered at all times.Duties will include:· Managing the switchboard and main point of contact for all incoming calls· Receiving and relaying telephone messages· Manage daily meeting room calendar· Liaise with staff to arrange meetings· Setting up conference calls· Setting up/clearing multiple meeting rooms, serving drinks and arranging lunches· Greeting clients· Sorting and distributing post, franking external post and ordering couriers· General administration (photocopy, fax, scan, binding)· General office management - ensuring office supplies and stationary are well stocked· Filing· Facilities administration (building maintenance support)· Assisting Team Assistants with relevant tasks· Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to timeWith stunning offices and an outstanding benefits package this is a stand out Reception role for someone who is passionate about delivering an impeccable concierge service.Experience needed:- Minimum 1-2 years experience in ideally a similar environment- Immaculately presented individual- Providing streamline customer service to all clients/visitors- Have a positive attitude and have the ability to use your own imitativeIf you feel like this vacancy is suited to you, please apply by attaching your CV in Word format for an immediate interview
