Firstly, you should know that the hours here are on a rota and will change a little week to week. You'll work 40 hours a week, between the hours of 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday. So if you start at 8.30, you'll finish early and if you start at 11am you'll finish at 7pm. The rota is created in advance so you'll know what hours you are working.The team take turns in covering a Saturday morning shift every 6 weeks too, this is just from 9am-12pm.

Taking Inbound calls and emails from customers related to services enquiriesMaking outbound calls to customers following up enquiries and promote course availability Updating the data baseMonitoring and chasing outstanding paymentsManaging and processing online bookingsBooking training venues Contributing to team meetings and helping team meet their KPIs Processing expenses and maintaining diaries
As our ideal person you will have:
