Travel Customer Service Executive- St Albans - £26-28kAn experienced Customer service Executive, who must have worked in the travel industry is required to join a market leading travel company based in St Albans. The role will support the customers once their bookings have been made, and offer the best customer service experience helping them with any enquires. The role will include the following duties - Speaking to customers via web chat, social networks as well as over the phone and emails. The main part of the role will be taking incoming calls from clients. - Working under pressure to tight deadlines, analysing problems and providing solutions.- Confirming web bookings, paying attention to passenger details and travel documentation.- Providing additional information about products, i.e transfers and car hire.- Balance reminders, ensuring payment plans are being adhered to.- Resolving any pre-departure complaints that may arise.- Resolving Holiday cancellations and property changes, sourcing alternatives where required. The right candidate must have worked in this type of role in the travel industry. They must also have the following-- Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with disgruntled customers.- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.- Experience using Hootsuite or corresponding to customers via social media channels and LinkedIn.- Strong Customer service skills.
