Customer Service Team LeaderWelwyn Garden CityPermanent Salary £20,000-£22,000Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week) Key responsibilities:· Building and maintaining client relationships· Handle escalated calls in an efficient and appropriate manor · Oversee and monitor colleagues diaries . Approving quotes . Oversee the running of projects from start to completion· Supervising and mentoring a small team of contact centre advisors . Annual review meetings for your team & clients · Ensure all information logged is accurate regarding orders placed· Provide out of hours assistance on an on- call rota · Guide and direct other team members on a daily basis Person spec· Excellent customer service skills.
