Tate are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an established business based in Poole. This is a B2B and B2C permanent role offering a salary of £23,000.

The role will involve -- Liaising with customers in German and English via email and phone on a daily basis- Processing orders and liaising with shipping companies (online and phone)- Managing customer delivery process- Processing cancellations- Advising on stock availability and stockist locations - Assisting customers with complaints and resolving any issues- Supporting the Accounts team with general admin

The role is business to business and business to consumer and is not a target driven role, offering excellent customer service is the number one priority for the client.

Candidates should have - - Experience working in a German speaking fast pace busy customer service role- Excellent numeracy skills - Intermediate Excel skills - Experience working within a team - Time management skills
