We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Advisor for a prestigious company based in Epsom, Surrey. This is a permanent full-time position with an accompanying salary of circa £33,000 per annum.Role Purpose:To support the Learning and Development Manager in developing and delivering all Learning and Development initiatives and to work in partnership with the wider HR and management teams in order to help implement strategy, achieve its objectives and embed visions and values.Key Responsibilities:· Ensuring plans are kept within department budgets· Research and develop L&D solutions· Build closer links with all departments and to provide coaching, support and advice at all levels· Assist I the development of an L&D strategy including onboarding and a career pathway for all members of staff· To be supportive of the business and adapt to and support change when required· Ensure that the business training requirements are metPersonal Specification:· Level 3/5 Diploma in Learning and Development or relevant experience· Facilitation and training delivery skills· A thorough understanding of the learning cycle and an up to date knowledge on L&D theory and practice· Excellent communication skills· Computer literate and ideally an understanding of e-learning programmes· Self-motivated, a good listener and excellent interpersonal skills
