Located in the centre of Huddersfield, with excellent transport links, LV= know what makes their customers happy - its their people who answer the phones. This is achieved by delivering exceptional customer service, taking time to listen to those at the end of the phone and then doing whatever it takes to provide a positive experience.
LV= are looking for confident individuals, with polite and friendly manner and to take ownership of tasks and queries for their customers. You will be empathetic, make their customers feel special and respond quickly to any requests. This role is answering all inbound calls that come into the friendly contact centre, typically the calls you receive will be regarding motor insurance claims. Alongside this, you must ensure that the general administration of their policies is maintained and updated accordingly. Attention to detail is paramount and a confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
LV= will be welcoming their new team to join them on Monday 5th February and stay with them for approx. 12 weeks. This is a 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 and you will enjoy an hourly rate of £8.45 along with accruing holiday pay as you work.
You will have:A positive and customer focused attitudeA previous background within a customer service/ customer claims roleA confident, clear and professional telephone mannerExcellent written communication skills - both written and verbal
